Everything is made to order to prevent waste.

Fulfillment for large orders may take longer than the 3-5 day average, but will still be fulfilled within 7 days.

Fulfillment time is the time it takes to make your custom-ordered product. Our fulfillment time is calculated in business days:

2-7 bus. days for apparel products

97.66% of our orders are shipped within 5 business days after fufillment. Due to covid things can take longer.

Shipping time will depending on where you order from. Typically it will take 3-5 bus. days for orderes sent to US and Canada.

Look, this part is tricky for us. Everything is made to order so we will lose money if we allow willy nilly returns.

However, I'm not an asshole. If something just isn't right, let me know. I will do my best to make it right by you.

Most orders being returned will require you to pay return shipping fees unless something arrived damaged or inncorrect.

Please include a photo of your product, what is wrong with it, and your order number.

We do not take returns after 30 days or if the garment has been worn.

Read sizing and understand once we start making your products we can't cancel the order.

Check your invoice. There should be a section that tells you if you have other expected packages. Ex: one of three.

This happens because we use multiple printers to be able to ship to europe. Some products ship from over seas or take way longer to make because everything is made to order.
